An individual can contribute as much as $41,300 ($82,600 per couple) per calendar year to the DCCC's general fund for use at the DCCC's sole discretion. A multicandidate PAC can contribute as much as $15,000 per calendar year to DCCC’s general fund for use at DCCC’s sole discretion. All amounts in excess of this by individuals or PACs, up to the legal limits, will be for the DCCC's building account or recount and other legal proceedings account.
