Contribute to Pinto Volunteer Committee
If you live in Minnesota, the first $75 that you contribute each year ($150 per couple) to a campaign like ours is fully refundable, under the state’s Political Contribution Refund program. We will mail you a receipt (Form EP-3), which you may submit to the state to obtain the refund. (Note that this is separate from your other tax filings; you don’t need to wait until the following year to file.)
Pinto Volunteer Committee is not accepting contributions from PACs or registered lobbyists for the 2026 election cycle. These organizations are invited to contribute to the House DFL Caucus.

Contribution rules
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions are limited to $1000 per individual or $2000 per married couple per election cycle. The Pinto Volunteer Committee is restricted from receiving contributions from registered lobbyists during the legislative session.
