The Pipeline Education Fund is working toward a reflective democracy where skilled, diverse, community-oriented leaders are fully supported to lead and pass progressive policies that address the urgent needs of all Americans. We focus on the leadership development of underrepresented communities including women, people of color, young, LGBTQ+, working class and new Americans and research and track the impact of reflective democracy on policy outcomes.

Your support allows us to build a long-term, data-informed strategy to protect and support school board members to lead and pass policies that serve the educational needs of all students.
