The Pipeline Fund is working toward a reflective democracy where skilled, diverse, community-oriented leaders are fully supported to run for office, run campaigns and pass progressive policies that address the urgent needs of all Americans. We make grants, convene progressive leadership development organizations, and provide the data and tools necessary to get more diverse leaders running and winning at every level of the ballot, everywhere.
Your generous contribution makes this possible! Conservatives outspend progressives by a 6-to-1 margin on leadership development; your support allows groups to do the critical work of inspiring, recruiting and training the next generation of progressive candidates and staff.
