WHY YES on Prop 50?

  • Respond to election rigging by Texas and other red states. Texas approved its updated congressional district maps on September 4th, 2025, to give Republicans five additional House seats in preparation for the 2026 midterms. Other red states are lining up to follow: Florida, Ohio, Indiana, and Missouri, among them.
  • The 2026 United States midterm elections are voters' only chance to provide an essential check and balance against President Trump's dangerous agenda. Prop 50 is a targeted solution that helps us level the playing field for Democrats during the critical 2026 elections.
  • Increase the number of Asian American–majority districts in CA. Help us fight for the chance to elect two additional Asian American representatives in the 2026 midterms, giving us the opportunity to obtain the fair representation we deserve.

The PIVOT Victory Fund mobilizes Vietnamese Americans to support progressive candidates, ballot measures, and propositions to preserve democracy. Our mission is to bring together Vietnamese American community members in support of progressive issues and candidates.


Contributions to PIVOT Victory Fund are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each contributor whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
