The PIVOT Victory Fund mobilizes Vietnamese Americans to support progressive federal candidates and preserve democracy. Our mission is to bring together Vietnamese American community members in support of progressive issues and candidates.


Contributions to PIVOT Victory Fund are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
This contribution is made from my own personal funds – no one has advanced me funds to make this contribution, and no one will reimburse me for it, and if it is being made by credit or debit card, it is my card which I have the legal obligation to repay.
