But Senate Republicans are trying to push through Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett. Barrett has been a vocal critic of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and could cast the vote that ENDS this crucial legislation. This would kick millions of people -- including those with pre-existing conditions -- off of their health insurance.
