Support the Anderson County Democrats and take the stress out of Super Bowl weekend with our slow-smoked, bone-in Boston butt (pork shoulder) — what most folks around here just call a shoulder.
Each shoulder is ~8 lbs uncooked, smoked low and slow until tender, juicy, and ready for you to heat, shred, or slice. Perfect for feeding a full Super Bowl crowd.
Choose your rub (original or spicy) add delivery if you need it, and your game-day menu is handled. We’ll be cooking all day and all night to make sure every order is fresh and ready for pickup.
Ordering closes Saturday, January 31st, 2026 so we can start prepping the smokers. No exceptions.
Pickup information will be sent via email the week of the Super Bowl. Delivery is available anywhere in Anderson County for $15.
