Plant Trees. Plant Hope in Minnesota.

Honoring the lives and service of Mark and Melissa Hortman, Plant Hope aims to help plant 50,000 trees across our state and support the Minnesota DFL House Caucus and leaders committed to improving the

lives of all Minnesotans. After Mark and Melissa were lost to political violence in 2025, their children urged: “The best way to honor our parents’ memory is to do something, whether big or small, to make our

community just a little better for someone else.”


That is what Plant Hope is all about – carrying their legacy forward through something beautiful we can do together.


Every $25 you give will mean another tree planted, and support to the DFL House Caucus.
