Patriotic Millionaires Champion: Christian Menefee (TX-18)

Christian Menefee is running in the Democratic primary to represent Texas's 18th district, which was vacated by deceased Rep. Sylvester Turner, who had only recently been elected to fill the vacancy left by Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. He is currently running in a special election that will be held in November 2025, and then the seat will be up for re-election again in 2026. Christian has served as the County Attorney for Harris County, Texas since 2020, and he's running on a platform that is highly aligned with our priorities, along with an impressive list of endorsements including Beto O'Rourke and Colin Allred.


Though he is expected to face a crowded primary, he is leading the pack in fundraising and firmly in the mix in polling, and if he can advance through the primary, he will almost certainly be elected to Congress in this safe D+21 seat. Christian is an extremely talented and intelligent communicator, and Patriotic Millionaires is proud to support his campaign. With an extremely tight turnaround before the election in November, Christian will need all the help he can get if we want a strong champion in this seat.
