Patriotic Millionaires Champion: Evan Munsing (CO-08)
Evan Munsing is running in the Democratic primary for Colorado's 8th district, currently represented by freshman Republican Rep. Gave Evans. This is an EVEN "Toss Up" seat that will be one of the most competitive House elections in November. The incumbent flipped the seat in 2024 with only a 0.73% margin, which has made this a top priority pickup for Democrats this cycle.
Evan comes from a military and business background, and a recent poll showed that he has the highest name ID and polls the most competitively in a general election matchup. As a former private equity executive, Evan has a deep understanding of the issues facing our country, and particularly the need to reform our tax code.
Evan is currently being outraised by another candidate in the primary, but he's raised an impressive $485,000 without taking a dime in corporate PAC money.
The primary is on June 30th, and with a little help, we're confident Evan can win. He's a strong supporter of taxing the rich, raising the minimum wage, and getting corporate PAC money out of politics. Patriotic Millionaires is proud to support his campaign.
