Patriotic Millionaires Champion: Juliana Stratton (IL-SEN)

Juliana Stratton is the Democratic nominee for Illinois' open Senate seat, vacated by Sen. Dick Durbin's retirement.

She is currently serving as the Lieutenant Governor of Illinois, giving her strong statewide name recognition. She officially won the primary on March 17th after an upset over her corporate-funded opponent, and she did it while raising $4 million and not accepting a dime from corporate PACs. She also boasts an impressive list of endorsements, including Gov. JB Pritzker, Sen. Tammy Duckworth, End Citizens United, and many more state and local officials.

This is a safe Democratic seat, and Juliana will almost certainly become the next Senator for the state of Illinois.

Lt Gov. Stratton is someone who has a deep understanding of the working class and wants to fight to "Give the People What They Want" in the US Senate. She is a strong supporter of the principles outlined in the Money Agenda, and is an outspoken champion for raising the minimum wage, taxing the rich, and getting corporate PAC money out of politics.
