Patriotic Millionaires Champion: Nate Blouin (UT-01)

Nate Blouin is running in the Democratic primary for Utah's open 1st district. This is a seat that was recently redrawn to become a safe Democratic seat during redistricting, and the incumbent, Rep. Blake Moore, is no longer running, which has created a crowded primary on the Democratic side.


Nate is a Utah State Senator with a record of fighting big corporations in Utah. He's raised $200,000 so far with endorsements from Sen. Bernie Sanders and the Congressional Progressive Caucus.


His main competition is Ben McAdams, a Democrat who represented the district when it was much redder. Ben is currently outraising Nate, and there have been no polls of the primary, but Nate is definitely in position to pull this off with some help.


The primary is on June 23rd, and we're going to do everything we can to get Nate across the finish line. Since this is a D+12 seat, whoever wins the primary will effectively be the next representative for the district.


Nate is a strong supporter of taxing the rich, raising the minimum wage, and getting corporate PAC money out of politics, and Patriotic Millionaires is proud to endorse his campaign.
