2018 Special Elections -- Progressive Mass

Last week, we asked our members whether, and whom, Progressive Mass should endorse in the upcoming special election for the 2nd Bristol House seat.

And the result was clear: MTA district coordinator Jim Hawkins.

Our members were impressed by his impressive background of fighting for public education and his support for a strong, progressive agenda for Massachusetts.

The 2nd Bristol district, which is based in Attleboro, was opened when Representative Paul Heroux was elected Mayor of Attleboro in the November election.

It's important that we help Jim win in the primary on Tuesday, March 6, and the general on Tuesday, April 3. We have an ambitious agenda this session, and we need strong allies like Jim fighting alongside us.
