Donations are being collected by Portland Clean Air with all funds from this page specifically earmarked for Portland North Harbor Neighbors.

Portland Clean Air processed donations are eligible for the Oregon Political Tax Credit.  Using the credit, your donation can be removed dollar for dollar from your taxes, so you get your entire donation back at the end of the year.

All donations are filed with the Oregon Secretary of State, but only those $100 or over become public records. Donations to Portland Clean Air up to $50 (or $100 filed jointly) are eligible for credit by those with incomes under $100,000 (or $200,000 filed jointly) under the Oregon Political Tax Credit.
