- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions and gifts to Pat Ryan For Congress are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from individuals and non-multicandidate committees to Pat Ryan for Congress are limited to $3,500 towards the Primary Election and $3,500 towards the General Election, for a total of $7,000 maximum per individual. Multicandidate Federal PACs may contribute up to $5,000 towards the Primary and General Election for a total of $10,000. Federal law prohibits contributions to the campaign from corporations, labor organizations and national banks; from any person contributing another person’s funds; from foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status; and from federal government contractors.
