Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
- Corporations, incorporated companies, and incorporated associations are prohibited from contributing more than $1,000 per calendar year, directly or indirectly, to a political party, candidate for office or political committee.
Pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 77-1-11, public utilities and companies regulated by the Public Service Commission including their owners, agents, or representatives are prohibited from making contributions to Public Service Commissioners. Please note the annual contribution limit for corporations is $1,000 to Brandon Presley Campaign. No annual contribution limits for individuals, LLCs, or LLPs to the Brandon Presley Campaign.
