Every day, community bail funds raise money to free our friends and neighbors from criminal pretrial detention in jails and prisons. The freedom work of bail funds responds to the daily violence of the criminal legal system and to the heightened repression of dissent that targets people organizing for justice.
Your contribution to the Pretrial Bail Freedom Fund at the Community Justice Exchange will be distributed across community bail funds in the National Bail Fund Network who are posting bail for people experiencing criminalization, including the criminalization of protest and dissent.
