Contributions to Brady PAC are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Brady PAC is a “PAC with Non-Contribution Account” – commonly known as a “Hybrid PAC” –registered with the Federal Election Commission and various state and local campaign finance regulators as needed. Brady PAC has a contribution account subject to federal limits and source restrictions and an independent expenditure account that can accept unlimited contributions from individuals, PACs, corporations and unions.
The first $5,000 per person, per calendar year donated to Brady PAC will be deposited in our contribution account. Any additional funds donated by an individual in the same calendar year will be deposited in our independent expenditure account. There is no individual donor limit on what may be donated to that account.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Your contribution is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution or as a business expense under IRC Section 162(e).
A minimum contribution of $5 qualifies an individual for annual membership in the Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund. A contribution of $125 qualifies you for lifetime membership.
Your contribution will not be earmarked for any purpose, and will generally support our work to prevent gun violence and save lives.
