The Progressive Leadership Initiative is a civic engagement non-profit that aims to galvanize youth action. Our goal is to continuously engage and equip young people with the tools, skills, and training to be effective volunteers, organizers, and civic leaders.
We achieve this goal by paying young people to participate in community organizing and leadership development trainings and supporting a pipeline for young people to become skilled community organizers.
Now is the time to invest in the next generation of leaders and ensure we can help young people, especially those longest denied access, with the support they need to commit to organizing for social change for the rest of their lives.
Each dollar raised goes directly to young people who are part of our training programs!
