Protect the Rights of 12.5 Million Workers
Thanks to you, President Obama and the Department of Labor (DOL) announced in May that DOL is updating the seriously outdated overtime rules to strengthen the right to overtime pay for 12.5 million more working people. But, conservative members of Congress including Rep. Kurt Schrader (D-OR), are working to undermine the DOL’s efforts.
