In 2022, Ferguson blocked reproductive rights from being enshrined in the state constitution. For five years, he stalled on immigrant rights by blocking legislation to end cooperation with ICE.
After almost 16 years in office, he finally has a challenger: Bobby LaPin.
Bobby is a veteran, former schoolteacher, and small business owner. A true progressive who doesn’t take corporate PAC money and has been fighting for working people.
He’s on the edge of unseating Ferguson with just days left before the election. Ferguson’s corporate backers are dumping money into blocking Bobby. Bobby needs our help — not only to win and bring redistricting to the forefront, but to send a message that tough, progressive Democrats will no longer take a back seat to the weak ones who cower to Trump.
