Power Shift Network is a decentralized network of 90+ organizations and the only Black Womxn-led national organization that trains and centers marginalized young people within the youth climate movement.

Right now, the stakes of our work could not be higher: Devastating wildfire and hurricane seasons are right around the corner, and our political leaders’ window for climate action is narrowing. And the harms of climate injustice are going to keep falling on marginalized communities—which is why we need the resilient, intersectional movement Power Shift Network is building.
