Help us preserve LGBTQ+ history in Provincetown

The Generations Project has teamed up with the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum to exhibit a 2-part LGBTQ+ historical anthology of Provincetown over the past century.

The permanent exhibit, entitled "An Anecdotal LGBTQ+ History of the Last Century of Provincetown" opened at the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum in Summer 2022. The exhibition features stories told at our annual live events in Ptown on one wall and a documentary series entitled "Remnants: An Excavation of Provincetown" that will together construct a vibrant portrait of Ptown's LGBTQ+ history over the past hundred years.

We are raising additional funds to expand our exhibit to include more stories, make the exhibit interacting and create a robust archiving system that will allow us to eventually create an LGBTQ+ history walking/biking tour of Provincetown.
