Like many residents in Chariho, I share the conviction that strong schools are the heart of a strong community, and that our children deserve a quality education. In addition to K-12 education, our schools provide employment opportunities and essential benefits for teachers and staff. The whole community prospers when we share strong educational values and work together to address the real challenges that students of Chariho face.

We need a School Committee that will focus on students first. We need a School Committee that will collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen our school system in service of our community, and in pursuit of quality public education.

We need moms like me.

I fought back against those that undermined the will of the voters, violated the Richmond Charter, and tried to keep me from my position on the School Committee. I will keep fighting for our schools, students, and staff.
