We, the Prince William County Hunger-Free Initiative, are a non-partisan coalition of community members from across Prince William County who are deeply concerned about local food insecurity, which the Capital Area Food Bank’s 2025 Hunger Report estimated at 43% in PWC.
Last summer, we held a massive community food drive to support Prince William County food banks where we collected 3,000 pounds of food and raised nearly $6,000 that went directly to our local food pantries.
The Second Annual Hunger-Free Rally is planned for June 13, 2026, at the Harris Pavilion in downtown Manassas. The PWC Hunger-Free Initiative is not a 501c3 organization, but we are dedicated to non-profit community-oriented action, and we hope you will support this important cause.
