In his service, Qarni has significant accomplishments, including the largest expansions in Virginia's public preschool system, significant investments in state financial aid, the introduction of debt-free Community College, monumental investments in K-12 education, and an increase in teacher salaries by 15%.

Qarni envisions a progressive future--Congressional goals encompass accessible childcare, bolstered funding for the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), student loan forgiveness, expanding Social Security, climate change solutions, and more.

A key strength lies in Qarni's hands-on experience working with the diverse communities across Virginia’s 10th district. He's championed initiatives fostering inclusivity in schools, modernized history curriculum to be more representative, and has been an unwavering advocate for equity in education.
