Abortion Is A Human Right.

From Tess:

The overruling of Roe v. Wade affects everyone.

It affects the cis bisexual man and cis bisexual woman when a moment of passion accidentally ends in pregnancy. There is no Roe v. Wade.

It affects the trans man who had sex with a person with a penis. The birth control failed. There is no Roe v. Wade.

It affects the non-binary person who had sex with a person with a uterus. The person with the uterus is pregnant. There is no Roe v. Wade.

It can affect you. It will affect you. Because Roe v. Wade is the first domino to fall, and now, the rest of the dominos follow. Law after law will be put into place. Restrictions will mount. And everyone - every single person - will be affected by this terrifying decision.

We cannot give up the fight. The Supreme Court has failed us immensely, without argument. It is now up to us to take our power back.

But for now, in this moment, feel. Cry. Scream. March. Call up a friend. Turn your phone off. Take a long nap.

The road is long and treacherous. And it affects you. No matter what you believe, this affects you, too.
