I’m running for the Lansing School Board because Lansing gave me everything and now it’s my turn to give back.

I grew up in these schools. I’m a proud Lansing Promise alum. My parents graduated from Lansing schools, and my grandmother retired as a custodian at Riddle Elementary. This community raised me, and I’m running to make sure it lifts up every child the same way.

Our kids deserve safe schools where they feel physically and emotionally secure. They deserve quality education that supports the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally with the resources and great teachers they need to thrive. And they deserve pathways after graduation, whether that’s college, skilled trades, military service, the workforce, or public service.

Lansing students should walk through the halls of our schools knowing the future belongs to them and that their school board is fighting for them every step of the way.
