Adopt a Billboard Thirty Billboards. Three Election Cycles. A New Rural Narrative.

For too long, many rural communities have heard only one side of the political conversation.

The Make Rural Voices Count project is changing that.

Rural Americans United Education Foundation is investing $225,000 in 2026 to launch thirty billboards across rural Washington. This is the first phase of a three year effort to create visibility, increase participation, and strengthen representation in communities that have too often been overlooked, underestimated, or ignored.

People deserve to see themselves reflected in the public conversation. They deserve to know that their voices matter, their communities matter, and their votes matter.

That is what these billboards do.

They create a visible reminder that democracy belongs to everyone.

They encourage participation among voters who have historically been underrepresented, including young people, Latino communities, Indigenous communities, and other rural residents whose voices are too often absent from public debate.

Adopt a Billboard

$3,000 sponsors a billboard for six months.

$6,000 sponsors a billboard for one full year.

$500 per month sponsors a billboard through a recurring monthly contribution.

Whether you sponsor an entire billboard or join with others to support one, your investment creates visibility for democratic values in communities that have been underserved by traditional political outreach.

What Your Investment Supports

  • Thirty billboards across rural Washington in 2026
  • Expansion into additional communities in 2027 and 2028
  • Increased visibility for democratic values
  • Greater participation among historically underrepresented voters
  • Long term communications infrastructure in rural communities
  • Community driven messaging developed with local partners

Thirty billboards are just the beginning.

Our goal is to build a statewide communications network that creates visibility, strengthens representation, and ensures rural voices are part of shaping the future of Washington State.

Leadership supporters are already helping underwrite billboard placements across the state.

Early support determines how quickly we can expand and how many communities we can reach.

Adopt a Billboard. Amplify Rural Voices. Help Change the Narrative.
