Two years ago Color Of Change partnered with Ron Brown High School around our voter contact initiative. Since then young men of RBHS have registered voters, gained service learning hours, and logged in over 40 hours of calls talking to Black voters. Now, you have the chance to help keep the young men of RBHS learning and smiling.
The Black Joy we give these young Black men drives powerful change. Some of the students even personally shared the call parties they hosted helped them get over anxiety and insecurities they had about talking on the phone. Pitch in today to make a difference in a young man’s life and education and help sustain the powerful work happening at RBHS.
Your donation will directly provide the Young Kings of RBHS with resources to use literature and movies to discuss and deepen course content and connection and fund our ongoing education justice work. No matter the amount, your contribution could change a life.
