Rockingham County Democratic Committee (NH)

In 2024, Democrats hold the front line in the fight for Democracy across the country. Rooted in the belief that wealth and privilege should never determine one's access to a fair and just society, we remain steadfast in our dedication to upholding the values of hardworking families as guiding principles. The work of our county committees has never been more important.

The paths to both the White House and the NH State House run straight through Rockingham County. With 91 State Rep seats in Rockingham alone, the balance of the NH state legislature lies within our control.

The Rockingham County Democratic Committee organizes and mobilizes town committees and candidates, and helps build relationships with voters to ensure Democratic victories at every level of government.

We are very honored to welcome Senator Chris Coons as our guest speaker this year! Senator Coons serves on the Senate Appropriations, Foreign Relations, Judiciary, Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and Ethics committees. He is the chair of the Ethics Committee and the senior Democrat on two subcommittees: The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and Law and the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations (SFOPS).

Chris is committed to bipartisan engagement, especially about the issues that matter most to NH and the country. He co-founded and leads the Senate Human Rights Caucus, the Senate Competitiveness Caucus, the Senate Law Enforcement Caucus, the bipartisan Senate Climate Solutions Caucus, the Senate ALS Caucus, and the Senate Chicken Caucus.
