In 2024, Rebecca's race was one of the closest in the entire country. Rebecca outperformed every Democratic race in WI-03 -- reaching more than five points better than the top of the ticket and outperforming the winning Senate race.

Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Rebecca Cooke Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Cooke for Congress and designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to federally permissible limits will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin - Federal.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
