Rebecca Eisenberg ran for Valley Water with clear commitments: protect ratepayers, demand accountability and build a sustainable water future. She has followed through.

Working with residents and community partners, Rebecca helped halt development of the multibillion-dollar Pacheco Reservoir expansion. She has challenged wasteful spending, spoken out about misconduct in district leadership and fought to preserve funding for local flood protection.

As a whistleblower, Rebecca has challenged the people in charge and continued speaking out despite efforts to sideline her. She believes the public deserves answers, and that an elected representative’s job is to ask difficult questions—not avoid them.

Now, as Valley Water enters a new chapter, Rebecca is ready to build on that work: responsible budgets, practical investments in conservation and water reuse, and reliable clean water for the future.
