Did you see the news? Our campaign to save the Red Balloon Preschool in Harlem got reported on by the New Yorker! Our campaign is ramping up, and in no small part thanks to COC members like you!
Columbia University is trying to sweep this scandal under the rug. Despite getting pressure from members of Color Of Change like you, the local community, and the parents at Red Balloon Preschool, Columbia keeps acting like this issue doesn’t exist.
We’re still working with the school’s parents to fight against Columbia University’s overreach and save the school, and we’re going to make them listen… but we need your help.
We’re planning a massive rally to deliver your signatures and show Columbia University President Lee Bollinger that the community is behind the Red Balloon Preschool, and we need supplies. From travel to swag to signs and more, it takes a lot of funds to plan a successful event that makes our demands unignorable.
