Reed 'RC' Cleland proudly represents the Town and Village of Homer on the Cortland County Legislature. He is the youngest person ever elected to the Cortland County Legislature and one of the youngest elected officials in New York State.


As County Legislator, Reed will serve all residents whose interests are so often excluded from local decision-making tables. His campaign is powered entirely by small-dollar contributions and firmly rejects all corporate PAC money. The only special interests who matter to Reed are Homer's families.
