I’m excited to announce that I am running for reelection to Senate District 23. It has been an honor to serve in the State Legislature for more than a decade, especially representing my hometown of Brunswick.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Matthea Daughtry are limited to $950 per entity for the 2024 election ($475 for the primary; $475 for the general). 21-A M.R.S.A. §§ 1016(3)(B); 1017(5) requires Matthea Daughtry to collect the name, address, occupation and employer of each individual contributor of more than $10, and to disclose this information for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $50 for a campaign finance period. Corporate and PAC entities may contribute. No person may make a contribution in the name of another person. No individual may make contributions to candidates aggregating more than $25,000 in any calendar year. Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible.
