Pat Boy: Rooted in Our Community, Working for Our Future

Pat Boy's lifetime of service to Indiana's 9th District families is just getting started.

The first of eight children born to two WWII Marine sergeants, Pat learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and putting service before self from an early age. While working her way through high school and college, she remained a proud union worker. After her husband was severely disabled, she started a small business with her husband so she could remain at home to care for him, learning the hard way about the medical system. She understands firsthand the challenges and aspirations of working families.

When neighbors called on her to lead, Pat answered. She earned trust through 15 years on the Michigan City Council, attracting good jobs, improving city services, and protecting natural resources.

As our State Representative since 2018, Pat brought that same person-to-person approach to the State House. She's been a consistent voice for quality education, fair elections, protecting Indiana's natural resources, and defending workers' rights.

Pat Boy puts partisan politics aside to deliver tangible results. Her integrity and tireless advocacy have made her a trusted leader who shows up for this community every single day.
