You may already know I spend time volunteering with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. As a mom I worry about gun violence and this organization works hard in so many ways to make our communities safer. This year I have lobbied against dangerous bills in Tallahassee, educated parents on safe storage of guns, hosted a public gun violence forum and held member meetings to organize action. I give as much time as I can to this organization because I strongly believe in its work. Today I am reaching out to my family and friends and asking them to join me in supporting these projects. I have a goal of raising $500. To reach my goal I am asking my friends and family to each donate $10. Can you help me reach my goal?
