hi! we're reorganized—a 501c(4) nonprofit that trains organizations and campaigns how to reach young voters using cutting-edge digital tactics.

youth voters are the fastest-growing demographic, with the strongest turnout in over 50 years, and have been the backbone of major progressive candidate and legislative wins from 2018-2022.

but these same voters have less than a 12% chance of answering a phone call, and our traditional field methods are even worse for gen-z. if we want to capture youth attention, and secure their votes, we have to start leveraging better, more relevant Internet strategies.

our programs teach organizations how to better participate in Internet culture, so that we can move fast to build youth audiences, and keep youth voter turnout high.

with your support, we can:

  • Lead trainings on Internet culture, and generate critical youth insights from online communities
  • Maintain youth engagement and off-cycle electoral momentum
  • Focus on down-ballot and state-based races in critical states
  • Run hard-hitting, never-been-done-before digital campaigns
  • Conduct RCTs to prove our methods work
