Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: Alsobrooks Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee composed of Alsobrooks for Senate, AlsoPAC, and the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland (collectively, the “Participants”). The Participants hereby agree that all contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended, 52 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. (“FECA”), will be allocated among the Participants from the net fundraising proceeds as permitted by FECA and according to the following allocation method set forth in this Schedule: a) Any single individual contribution or federal non-multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: Alsobrooks for Senate, up to $3,300; Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, up to $10,000; and AlsoPAC, up to $5,000. b) Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: Alsobrooks for Senate, up to $5,000; Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, up to $5,000; and AlsoPAC, up to $5,000. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. Contributions to DMP Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $6,600 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Debbie for Florida. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Democratic Executive Committee of Florida. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting yee@dscc.org. Contributions to Lisa Blunt Rochester Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows: The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Democratic State Committee (Delaware). The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person or a PAC will be allocated to I Got Your Back PAC. Contributions to Sharice Davids Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows: The first $6,600 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated t o Sharice for Congress. The first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Kansas Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of each person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of each multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Sunflower Seeds PAC. Contributions to Hayes Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The following allocation formula will be used until the 2024 CT-05 Convention The first $6,600/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC (“PAC”) will be allocated to Friends of Jahana Hayes. The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person’s/PAC’s contribution to each candidate will be allocated for use in the candidate’s Convention and the next $3,300/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person/PAC will be designated to the federal account of the Connecticut Democratic State Central Committee. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. The following allocation formula should be used after the 2024 CT-05 Convention.: The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC (“PAC”) will be allocated to Friends of Jahana Hayes and designated for the 2024 General election. Contributions to Teresa Leger Fernandez Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $10,000 from a person’s/$5,000 from a multi-candidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Democratic Party of New Mexico federal account. The next $2,900/$5,000 from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Teresa for All. Contributions to Peltola Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,300 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Mary Peltola for Alaska and will be designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Alaska Democratic Party. Contributions to Marie Gluesenkamp Perez Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $6,600/$10,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Marie for Congress. The next $10,000/$5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution shall be allocated to the Washington State Democratic Central Committee. The next $5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Timber PAC. Marie for Congress and Timber PAC do not accept contributions from corporate PACs. Any contributions received from these sources will be reallocated to the remaining participant where permitted. The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to Marie for Congress will be considered designated to the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be considered designated to the general election. Contributions to Lauren Underwood Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,300/$5,000 from an individual/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Lauren Underwood for Congress for the General election. The next $10,000 from an individual/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Democratic Party of Illinois. The next $5,000 from an individual/multicandidate committee will be allocated to American Mosaic PAC. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. Contributions to Bynum Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Janelle Bynum for Congress and designated for the general election. Any remaining funds up to federally permissible limits will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Oregon. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. Contributions to Vallejo Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Michelle Vallejo for Congress and designated for the primary election. The second $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi- candidate PAC will be allocated to Michelle Vallejo for Congress designated for the general election. The final $5,000/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the Texas Democratic Party – Federal.
