Donate to RHITES - the Reproductive Health Initiative for Telehealth Equity & Solutions

Thank you for your interest in the Reproductive Health Initiative for Telehealth Equity and Solutions (RHITES). Your donation enables RHITES to bridge gaps in telehealth for reproductive health care through advancements in policy and partnerships. A donation in any amount is appreciated and here are some examples of the impact you can make:

  • $1000 can provide an honorarium to a reproductive justice partner
  • $5000 can provide travel stipends to present at a conference
  • $10,000 can provide funds to host a convening with advocates

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE: Donor Advised Funds, Gifts of Stock, or Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA (see below for more detail).

Donor Advised Funds

A donor advised fund (DAF) gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to RHITES and other qualified charities. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future charitable gifts.

If you have a DAF with Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable or BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund, you can use DAF Direct to access your DAF and easily recommend a grant to RHITES.

Be sure to reference our EIN # 47-3681860 and to include your name and address with your grant recommendation so that we can recognize you for your generous commitment to RHITES and your dedication to advancing equitable sexual & reproductive health care access.

If your DAF is held at another institution, please contact Dana Northcraft, Founding Director, at dana@rhites.org.

Gifts of Stock

A gift of appreciated stock to RHITES can benefit you in two ways: you receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the securities, and at the same time you may avoid capital gains taxes on appreciated stock. This helps stretch your gift even further.

To make a gift of stock, provide your stockbroker with the following information:

Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA

A qualified charitable distribution (QCD) is a tax-free donation from your individual retirement account (IRA) to a qualified charity. You must be age 70½ or older to make a qualified charitable distribution. A qualified charitable distribution is not included in your taxable income. Contact your IRA Administrator to make your request.
