Your contribution supports work for social justice in Western Massachusetts, including:

  • Immigration policy: In the age of increased repression at the federal (and often state) level, we have helped pass local laws to limit collaboration with ICE and other forces that would break up our communities.
  • Military recruitment of youth: We work to prevent the recruitment of young people in high schools, and we publish an annual report and toolkit about the status of recruitment in Western Massachusetts.
  • Nuclear weapon abolition: As a member organization of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize-winning International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), we work on the local, state, and federal level to advocate for the U.N. Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
  • Training Youth Leaders: We have always (and continue) to hire, train, and pay students and young people as interns to ensure that the next generation takes on the mantle of social justice.
  • Foster Organizations, Activists, and Coalitions: Whether through lending out equipment, logistical support, and direct programmatic help, we provide resources to help others trying to make change in the world!
