Launched as a political action committee by California Democratic Congresswoman Karen Bass, Sea Change Leadership PAC connects community members, activists, and organizations that are ready to resist the Trump agenda. These fundraising efforts will specifically support Sea Change Leadership PAC's efforts to engage, register, and mobilize voters in CD-25, currently represented by Rep.
