Nebraskans are tired of politicians ignoring the will of the people and undermining what we’ve already voted for.


Your support for Respect Nebraska Voters will ensure Nebraska voters' right to propose and vote on laws that put hardworking families first—and ensure that when Nebraskans make a decision at the ballot box, politicians respect it.


Our constitutional amendment will change the number of state lawmakers required to undo or change laws voters have passed from two-thirds of the state legislature to a four-fifths supermajority. It also protects our freedom to vote on important issues facing our communities by strengthening protections for the ballot initiative process itself, preventing politicians from passing laws that restrict the people’s ability to bring initiatives.

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

I have not intentionally accepted funds aggregating in excess of one hundred thousand dollars from one or more foreign nationals within the four-year period immediately preceding the date of this contribution.
