Restore Net Neutrality
The FCC's vote to dismantle net neutrality and the open Internet will have devastating consequences for our communities. Everyone from small Black business owners to Black activists to Black families just trying to stay connected, will feel the impacts of losing net neutrality.
But this fight is still not over. We are developing a multi-layered strategy for restoring net neutrality and bringing back the open Internet. Over the coming months we will work with net neutrality champions in Congress to carry out the will of the people and strike down the FCC's rule with a Congressional Review Act, and we will work with our partners and coalitions to file lawsuits to halt the implement of the FCC's rules.
