Hardworking Rhode Islanders need to be able to earn enough to pay the rent, put food on the table and provide the stability and security that a family needs to thrive. But many are stuck in poverty because of low wages and unfair hiring and compensation practices, especially women and people of color. It's not right.
Your contribution will help us build the grassroots campaign around two bills aimed at gradually increasing the minimum wage to $15 and hour & at closing the wage gap.
