- Launching community based programs like the Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness
- Commissioning studies of the Grand River Corridor and Orchard Lake/12 Mile Rd Corridor to find ideas to reimagine those areas
- Diversifying our boards and commissions through nearly 40 appointments representing broad backgrounds and life experiences, bringing new voices to local government
- Enhancing public safety with new crime data analysts, K9 teams, and mental health training for police force
- Attending well over 200 community events, fostering trust between residents and local government
