I'm Meagan Rico--lifelong Salinan, sixth-generation Kansas, registered nurse, health educator, and mom of twin boys. I'm running for Kansas House District 69 because working families deserve leaders who listen, understand their struggles, and fight for solutions that make a real difference.


I've spent my career supporting families through challenges with healthcare, mental health, and everyday barriers. I'm bringing that same compassion, experience, and evidence-based problem solving to Topeka.
