Justice Allison Riggs is fighting to keep her state supreme court seat in North Carolina, this seat is incredibly important as the only way to win back the Courts in NC is for Justice Riggs to keep her seat! Justice Riggs is a long time civil rights attorney who has worked to fight the gerrymandering that plagues North Carolina's state house and senate districts. 


Riggs is currently up by 24 votes and 9 counties have yet to certify their votes. It is very likely this race will go to a recount but the next battle will be fighting for which votes "count".
